Common questions

How do credits work?: New accounts start with 10 free credits. AI features use credits, and you are only charged when the result is delivered. Tap the credit balance at the top of the app to buy more.
My tailored resume has something wrong in it.: Edit it directly in the app before you export: every section is editable. If the same mistake keeps coming back, email us the job posting and what went wrong and we will look at it.
Which file should I send?: PDF for people. Word (.docx) or RTF for job sites that reject PDFs. All three are real text that applicant tracking systems can read.
I didn't get the confirmation or reset email.: Check your spam folder, then request it again from the sign-in screen. If it still doesn't arrive, email us from the address you signed up with.
How do I delete my account?: Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. It deletes your account and everything in it straight away. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will do it for you.
